I woke up at 5:30 which was later as expected. At 8 am Inge and I left the hotel and walked down the strip. The street was almost deserted which gave us an excellent chance to stroll around and take our time. Have a look at the pictures we took. We had breakfast at a small diner and took a taxi to the Las Vegas Outlet Center where we did some serious shopping, especially maternity clothes as Inge almost didn’t fit her normal trousers anymore.

After shopping we went back to the hotel where Inge had a nap and Michel played some video poker in the Isla Bar.

That evening we met Arnold & Flo at The Venetian. That place is amazing! Imagine a casino floor the size of a football field. Above that there is a whole village with shops, bars and restaurants, with a painted ceiling with clouds and blue skies… In between the streets are canals with real size gondola’s which you can rent just like in Venice Italy.
