On 8 June we were woken up at 5 in the morning in Angaga and the sea plane picked us up at 6:30. When we arrived again at the airport we were greeted by a representative of the company I had booked the resorts with and he took us to the desk for the sea plane flight to Filitheyo. They were very well organized. Our flight to Filitheyo (we were now seasoned sea plane travelers) was another trip to another paradise island. Filitheyo is one class higher as Angaga (as is the price). Our bungalow was even nicer as the one we had on Angaga, although this time our bungalow was semi-detached this time. The food was better as well. I had sushi for starters every day… delicious. And they had some great Indian food, yummy! The bar also had some excellent bar snacks, which we enjoyed a lot. The snorkeling and diving here was beautiful. I made some of my most beautiful dives ever… There’s so much fish, it’s incredible… you swim through rivers of fish coming from every direction. We also spend a lot of time snorkeling and Inge saw her first turtle while we were on a snorkeling trip. Check out the underwater videos and pictures. Even though it was half more expensive, we would gladly pay it to stay at the Filitheyo Island again, it was great! Enjoy the video or the pictures ;) |
